Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Controller to oversee our
financial operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting. The
Finance Controller will be responsible for managing the financial accounting, reporting,
and analysis functions of the organization. The ideal candidate possesses a strong
background in finance, exceptional analytical skills, and a proven track record of effectively
managing financial processes.

Job Responsibilities:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance
    sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • • Analyze financial data, trends, and key performance indicators to provide insights and
    recommendations to senior management.
  • • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and reporting requirements.
  • • Lead the annual budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to establish
    budget targets and assumptions.
  • • Develop financial forecasts and projections to support strategic planning and decision-
    making.
  • • Monitor actual performance against budget and forecast, identifying variances and
    implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • • Establish and maintain strong internal control processes to safeguard company assets and
    ensure financial accuracy.
  • • Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify and address potential financial risks.
  • • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial laws, and reporting standards.
  • • Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable,
    payroll, and general ledger activities.
  • • Manage cash flow to optimize working capital and liquidity.
  • • Monitor and manage vendor relationships and negotiate favorable terms.
  • • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and
    professional growth.
  • • Provide guidance and support in resolving complex accounting and financial issues.
  • • Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies aligned with the
    company’s objectives.
  • • Participate in strategic decision-making by providing financial insights and
    recommendations.
  • • Present financial reports, analyses, and recommendations to senior management and the
    board of directors.
  • • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors,
    regulators, and financial institutions.

Experience and Requirements:

  • • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s or CPA preferred).
  • • Proven experience as a Finance Controller or similar role.
  • • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and analysis.
  • • Proficiency in financial software and tools, including ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • • Solid understanding of tax regulations, compliance, and financial laws.
  • • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a
    team.
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
