Build It To Sell It is 1 of 5 North American Agencies on the Shortlist for the Google Premier Partner Awards

This is incredible news! On Monday, Google informed our staff that 1SEO is one of five agencies that made the cut for the Google Premier Partner Awards. I couldn’t be prouder of my team than I am right now!

I always stress how much hard work pays off. True, you might not see results right off the bat—but as long you keep plugging away—you WILL see all those long hours and hectic days eventually manifest into something great!

No matter what you’re doing, hard work translates to success in all areas of life. Although I’m often away on business trips and busy in client meetings and stuck in my office for hours at a time on the phone—whenever I’m on the floor at the office—I make it a point to set the right example for my employees.

We’ve got the fight in us here at 1SEO! Regardless of some the challenges that we may face with day-to-day business operations, we continue to work together as a TEAM to rise above and find solutions. Indeed, the nomination and recognition from Google is an achievement in itself, whether we win the award or not.

But it’s the emphasis that we’ve placed on customer service and quality work that got us where we are today—and what will continue to fuel our clients’ success online in the future. Don’t get me wrong; I’d love to look at an email notification on my phone at some point next month and find out that we won the award.

However, award or not, we’ll continue to grind away at something greater—just as we always have—which is the success of our clients. Growing from 15 employees to more than 70 in six years demonstrates our passion to help more and more business accomplish their goals.

While selecting nominees, Google evaluated the innovation, culture, technology and employees of each company. They also reviewed a case study that focused on how one of our clients’ digital marketing campaigns really took off because of a strong emphasis on pay-per-click advertising. The final winners will be announced in mid-August.

If 1SEO were to win the North American Display Innovation Award, we would move on to the next round of judging for this category, along with the regional winner from Central & South America. In this case, the two regional winners would compete against the nominees from Asia-Pacific, Europe and the Middle East and Africa.

The global awards winners will be announced at the Google Partner Summit on September 28th in New York City. We’ll keep you posted and let you know if we end up bringing home the hardware!
